Initiate Your Request
Log into your MallOnline account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the package to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
